The Noël À Mandeville Festival , which is free and open to the public, will take place at the peak of the Holiday Season in the heart of Old Mandeville on the weekend of

December 10 & 11, 2011.

Six blocks of Girod Street

(Trailhead to the Lake),

reserved for the festival,

will become a Holiday Paradise where visitors will have an unprecedented opportunity to sample the finest specialties prepared by Louisiana's best chefs as well as famed regional crafts from the great craftsmen and artists from around the State. The food at this festival is a taste of Louisiana's culinary glories and of America most celebrated dishes, all gathered in one place:

a foodie's dream.



3 Stages of Holiday Entertainment



Holiday Pet & Children's Photos



Saturday morning kicks off with the crafts and artists at 9am, Participating food vendors will be making and selling their signature dishes: booths manned by the great chefs of Louisiana, Attendance at the festival is free and all are welcome. Visitors simply pay for what they eat.



A Holiday Pet Parade will take place on Girod St, between 2pm & 3pm.



A traditional Holiday Parade will take place on Girod St. at 4pm.

Saturday evening will conclude with Blessing of the Fleet(Yacht Club), Winter on the Water Boat Parade(Lake Pontchartrain), (Viewing Lakeshore Drive, Mandeville), Lighting of Lakeshore Drive, Entertainment(Gazebo).

On Sunday, vendors will once again sell their specialties and attendance will be further driven by festival entertainment, and a Historic Home Tour. The Festival will end on Sunday night with an hour of Candlelight Caroling at the Lake.
